Option 1: If you order from one of these Appraisal Management Companies (the BIG 6), we’ll waive the $50.00 appraisal review fee.
Option 2: If you order from one of the authorized appraisers shown below, you’ll be assessed a $50.00 appraisal review fee. “These appraisal firms are not associated with InHouseLender.com in any way, shape, or form, nor do they represent any of InHouseLender.com’s associates, owners, or affiliates.” The fact that you use one of these appraisers, does not constitute that the value will be accepted by InHouseLender.com nor will it be omitted from a complete review process or by our Underwriters. The underwriter may still request a field or a desk review, depending on his/her own discretion. InHouseLender.com requires that all appraisals, (FHA or Conventional) to be ordered directly through InHouseLender.com’s staff, however, if you are an FHA approved broker, upon authorization from the regional manager of your division, you may be permitted to order from your own FHA-approved appraiser. However, a $195.00 appraisal review fee will be assessed.
Option 3: If you choose to order appraiser from someone else, who’s not on one of the above 2 lists, you’ll be assessed a $195.00 appraisal review fee, or the actual price determined by the review appraiser company chosen by InHouseLender.com |
